Came back into the house thinking who would be the best possible repair shop. Low and behold I remember the beautiful Christmas decoration from Sonny’s Collision on Atlantic Avenue. Picked up my phone and made the call. From the first phone call to the last phone call, everything was done in a professional manner. Sonny’s followed up with me throughout the repair process. My vehicle was given the best possible repair service. Today I’m back on the road as if nothing ever happened. Sonny’s, you will forever have my business and support. Thank you to your entire team. “My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

“My uncle came to Excel Auto body shop couple months back and when he got his car back I thought he got a replacement vehicle from the dealership.Fast forward. I got rear ended. The employees at excel auto body helped me get in a rental and kept me updated all times with the progress. Not only were they super helpful but I received my car looking 100x better than I originally got the car from the dealership.They cleaned the whole exterior and interior of my vehicle. I would love if they would do deep interior detailing/thorough cleaning in 100 bucks. Also wish they had car decor services like a workshop besides spa like lighting, trims and other stuff to enhance the car beauty. I would recommend this place to others ??”

“This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars! This was one of the body shops I had to choose from after my parked car was hit and I'm so glad I selected this place. The receptionist Monique was extremely friendly and pleasant. She called me as soon as they received the request from the insurance and got me scheduled ASAP to drop of my car. The process after that was easy and stress free! I received texts with every update from the moment they started the process. I never had to call or ask about anything. Not only that, but they fixed my car earlier than expected. I had an original ETA of 3/19 and received a call from Monique stating that my car was ready to be picked up on 3/14. My car literally looked brand new lol. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dilon who brought my car out for me and he was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“This shop stand behind their work. I have been going to sanford for almost 8 years now. Essentially when they first opened up. They always welcome each and every customer with respect and treat every car with the utmost care as if it was their own. Recently, I had them do apply paint protection film (PPF) on my front end of my Audi TT last fall and due to unforseen failures from the PPF, they told me to come back and in the spring and they will redo it. I did just that and they redid it and it exceeded my expectations. This alone shows me that Leah, Reef and the sanford team stands behind their work. While my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me updated and it was very easy to get updates (via text) and they are always and readily available to answer any questions with a lot of patience! If you know me, I am crazy about attention to detail and the team was the same and welcomed it! Thank you Leah, Reef for the top notch work!”

“I recently used Sean auto spa. They detailed my car and made it look like new. My baby was dirty dirty and it looks great now. I had them also do my mother's car the next day and she wanted scratches removed and they charge extra but because they were unable to remove the scratches they did not charge the scratch fee which other places would because the use of their product and labor. Overall great experience. They also ask to inspect the car before they leave in case anything else they need to redo. Thank you guys!”
