“Great Experience for a first timer. I had a starter problem and I needed a tow. They told me 30 minutes and Bebo the driver got there in exactly 30 minutes. A couple of hours later they took my car straight to the Mechanic. I told them I needed it for work the next day before 12 and the car was ready by 11am. In less than 12 hours everything was done. If you have any car issues don’t look any further”

“I had a little fender-bender several months ago and picked this shop because it was convenient for me but I have to say every single person there was very friendly and professional, even the owner whom I spoke with because of a mix-up. He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! As a first time buyer i was unsure and worried about going through insurance.I talked to Rasheed where he took me through the whole process and even told me what to say. Upon dropping off my car , Rasheed offered me a ride back home. Insurance adjuster viewed the car on 4/8 car was complete and ready for pick up 4/16. My car looked brand new like nothing ever happened. Rasheed went above and beyond and washed / cleaned the interior and exterior as well.
