“I used this site for the first time and I must admit, I was skeptical being that there are a lot of scammers out there these days. I was surprised to get notification emails and when my shoes arrived, they were packaged really good and it arrived on time. I will be buying from them again. The price was better than the stores prices!”

“Pulled my longboard out of the closet this morning and realised the little screw + plate set were missing for my fin. Potentially terrible news since it was perfect longboard timing out there today. Thankfully Boarders had extra hardware, treated my $2 sale just as importantly as any other, and lent me a screwdriver to boot. You guys saved the day. Thank you!”

“A few days after purchasing an item through their website, I received a telephone call from Sports Depot stating that they did not have the item in stock, an older model of Russell youth football pants. They had the same pant in a size small and size large, but I needed a size medium. After requesting a refund to my credit card, the gentleman with whom I was speaking (possibly the manager/owner) asked me if I want the smaller and larger sized pants free of charge. I was surprised to say the least. The gentleman agreed to credit my account and send me two pair of youth football pants. He didn't have to do that. While it was a brief phone call, it was proof to me that their are definitely some customer service-oriented businesses still out there. It was my first experience with Sports Depot, but I fully intend to reach out to the company if I need to make a sporting goods purchase in the future. Thank you Sports Depot.”

“Still the same as it was when I was a kid in the 70’s, the last one of what used to be a bunch of surf shops. The best place to get a rockaway shirt, always has been. Very nice lady at the front took the time to talk about the old days.”

“Love love love the price. My daughter is going away and we got quite a number of stuff for her trip. There was a large variety of styles to choose from depending on your taste. I also got some cute sandals. Great place to shop.”
“Absolutely one of the finest arms manufacturers. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I found them through a video on YouTube and I can't wait to purchase some of there products. Sales person is highly knowledgeable in the manufacture and operation of M14 and M1A rifles. I give them a AAA+++ rating”
“Joe's the man. I came to fill up my CO2 tank for my carbonated water. Since the request is a little inordinary, I had to call around and Joe was the most pleasant, kind and informational for my needs. Inside is a little rinky but it's a paintball shop so that's to be expected. In and out in 20 minutes, very quick and good conversation. Great value for the service, just a little out there so it's better accessible if you have a car.”
“Though it was late I received my order after 20 days not sure if it was due to holiday season and I am happy with product, I appreciate the manage who did the follow up after I reported issue, I found the price is competitive than other online stores hence I had placed order here.. so finally dint get disappointed thanks”
“I came here to pick up some essentials. The store was spacious and bright. Most of the stuff looked organized but the underwear drawers were a hot mess. It was impossible to find my size because everything was jumbled about. Luckily, the sales rep who helped me was very nice and helpful. She was very sweet and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and would return back but I do wish they would carry more options and the drawers were better organized.”
“I've bought many high quality clothing items from here, many of which have become my favourites! The staff is very helpful and just lovely! You may be offered delicious complimentary chai tea upon your visit!”
“I can’t speak highly enough about Joe from Sports Loft . He is truly amazing. He delivered exceptional customer service with fast turn around time for a uniform order. He goes above and beyond for the community .I highly recommend Sports Loft for all your sporting needs. Thank you!!!”

“I was visiting New York from Spain and, luckily, there was some swell on the Rockaway coast during my trip. I checked out pretty much every surf shop in the area, and this one stood out immediately for the opening hours and, especially, the price.
But honestly, I wasn’t expecting the quality of the board I ended up getting for that price. The equipment was incredible, the shop opens early (which makes a huge difference if you actually want to catch the morning swell), and the value for money is unbeatable.
And then there’s Antonio. The service was best-in-class from start to finish.
Huge kudos to Antonio. 100% recommend. Hope I have the same luck in term of swell the next time I visit NY”
