“After being rear-ended on the FDR I called multiple collision centers. Metro was by far the kindest and most helpful. They handled everything with insurance, made sure I had a rental car, and finished the repairs within 4 business days. Not only were they quick and efficient, but I picked up a my freshly detailed car that looked brand new. I am so grateful for Metro! Highly recommend to anyone needing work done.”

“Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth. Update: Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“An absolute masterclass in automotive precision and elite customer care. Finding an auto repair facility in Queens that balances profound technical competence with unwavering honesty is rare, but Action Auto Collision operates on an entirely separate tier. I brought my vehicle here for bodywork, and the workmanship is nothing short of flawless—the panel alignment is immaculate, and the paint-matching is entirely seamless. It looks identical to how it rolled off the factory line. Beyond their mechanical talent, they have completely redefined what customer service should look like. Their communication was impeccable from day one; I was kept proactively informed throughout every stage of the repair so I never had to wonder about the timeline. They paired this world-class execution with incredibly fair, transparent pricing and zero administrative hassle. If you demand perfection, transparency, and a true team of professionals who take pride in their craft, this is the only shop to trust.”

“My car was hit and top level collision handled the auto body fix quick, efficiently and left my car like brand new. The customer service was easily accessible, comprehensive and reliable in letting me know the updates with my car, not to mention sending me pictures of anything else that came up for me to be informed and make a decision on the matter. They made the auto claim process smooth and less stressful. Would recommend for auto body work or fixes.”

“RESPONSIVE • PROFESSIONAL • FAST • AFFORDABLE • HONEST • CLEAN • FRIENDLY So, imagine this, It’s New Years Eve and every other towing firm is price-gouging; but you stumble across the phone number to C&S, so you call. The call is answered on the second ring and the gentleman says he has the proper hauling equipment for your special needs. You ask a price and not only is he fair and responsive, he’s at least 1/3rd le$$ expensive than every other professional hauler you’ve spoken to this holiday (didn’t put me on hold/didn’t come back with an astronomical figure). Now, it gets better; not only does he show up 2 mins ahead of schedule, he arrives is the cleanest, shiniest professional flatbed rig you could imagine and hoists the vehicle away in minutes - arriving at the destination ahead of schedule and with the most professional courtesy. I wish I’d anticipated this type of service ahead, I would have made sure to have more cash on-hand for the tip.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A-1 ? ALL AROUND TOP-NOTCH ( Maybe it was just one of my lucky days; but I wouldn’t anticipate service would be any less accommodating or courteous for your specialized situation. Happy New Year ?”

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Kenny, the tow driver from AAA, for providing absolutely outstanding service. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He didn’t just show up, hook up the car, and leave — he really took the time to explain every option I had, from possible on-site fixes to different towing destinations and what would be safest and most cost-effective for my situation. Kenny went above and beyond what I expected. He assessed the vehicle carefully, made sure I understood what was going on, and walked me through step-by-step what he was doing. He showed real patience and professionalism the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing the bare minimum. Thanks to Kenny, what could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and reassuring experience. AAA is lucky to have someone like him on their team. If you ever get Kenny as your tow driver, you’re in great hands!”

“Absolutely amazing experience, with the huge snow storm nearly every other towing company was not open/too busy late at night. They were super timely and were very patient with us could not have asked for a better experience the driver who was dispatched to us with the wrecker was very nice and made sure to explain everything he was doing before just going ahead with it and it was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Best towing company in the area”
