“In the fall of 2019 I bought a used 2010 Camry from a car dealer in Queens with only a 30 day warranty. I took it to Bryan's auto. He told me it was in good shape but joked always to get a used car checked out before buying it. I mostly had minor repairs that were fixed the day of when dropped off in the morning.In October of 2022 my car broke down in the middle of Pennsylvania. The mechanic there told me the engine was shot and offered my $500 for it. I called Bryan and he strongly suggested I get it towed back. I did, and although it was a major repair it was not as bad as the guy in Pennsylvania told me.I'm writing this to thank Bryan's Auto for their time. The car is now with my sister in Illinois, and their mechanic told them it was in great shape.”

Chris was extremely helpful, he even stopped my an accident i had in Freeport, NY on Mother's Day while returning home from the airport picking up a family member. He did it because the tow truck driver was refusing to tow my car to North Star and wanted to tow to his shop because it was late. Chis spoke to the guy for like 3-4mins and he agreed to tow my car to Northstar. They took care of every part of the process and it couldn't have been anymore stress free.”

I had issues with my factory air suspension, i was already dreading all the problems that come from dealing with mechanics from past experiences but not this time. Got my jeep back quick, and reasonable pricing. Reasonable enough to get some extra exhaust work done just because. Good and honest mechanics are rare. This shop is one of those.
