I came across this guy and he told me, ‘If you want, I can cook any meat you choose for just 5 bucks—with French fries.’ Here’s how it works: you pick the meat you want from inside the butcher shop, pay the regular price, and for an extra $5 he’ll cook it for you right there, with fries on the side. I gave it a try. Genius. You’re getting prime meat, freshly grilled, for just a small cooking fee. It beats any steakhouse around here. He’s got a truck right outside the shop doing all the magic on the spot.
My personal favorite? The skirt steak skewers over the fries. Try it—you’re going to remember me”
