“I had THE BEST experience with Angelo and Barbara. I called them from Maryland because I had a baptism and I needed everything literally within 3 days. Angelo and Barbara brought my vision to life. They literally text me pics of christening gowns they had in stock and gave me a few choices at that. They also promptly made the most beautiful lambades and organized everything for me and sent me the package in a timely manner so I can have it for the baptism on time. At one point when the tracking wasn’t available with UPS and we thought my package could be lost, Angelo was already on plan B To possibly remake everything and get me a new package on time. The customer service provided goes above and beyond any expectations one would have. Please don’t even shop around. Trust the hands of this amazing duo. Thanks guys. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone that asks where to go! ??”

“Overall, a great store. It's clean and there are always associates on the floor to help. Items are organized. The clearance rack is rough because the sizes are everywhere and it includes all sizes from infact to adult. Other old navy's have it separated in their department (kids, male, female).It is packed though so there is opportunity to get a deal if you have time to look.They have a line most of the time but I think it moves quickly. I come to this one for convenience of location. However if I am looking for a specific product I go to Flushing, where they usually have an item.Sales are always visible and easy to see, and there has not been one employee who didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I've been coming to this location the last 2 years.”

“Love shopping in-store to try on items I've been eyeing online and to return any online purchases. It's busy on the weekends and outside of work hours but it's a haven if you can come on during off hours. The staff is always helpful and they do a good job of keeping it clean despite hoards of people throwing clothes around. Only wish there were more stores in NYC!”

“I always shop at carters and I'm very satisfied. They provide high-quality pjs and it’s worth the money.I tend to go when there is the 50% off, plus I get points for my future shopping.My visit today was a bit off, there were change in staff members.I am used to Tasha and Nataasha whom were always so welcoming and will show you everything what’s on sale.I was second in line, when it was my turn I proceeded to the register, they was a young lady,She greeted me, “can I have your number?” I said good afternoon and smile politely… she bursted out laughing, and ignored me, I said good afternoon again, she asked for my number between her laughter.I then proceeded and give it to her, i swiped my card and then I asked her name because her name tag was not visible, she gave me her name and head out. (Hence the reason for the 4 stars)Maybe my expectations was wrong. But I will definitely try another location.”

As someone who doesn't wear formal attire normally I was unsure of what to get for an upcoming wedding and the staff here helped immensely. They helped me pick every aspect of my outfit and I'm glad I took their advice to choose a teal suit as it fits me much better than the grey or black I would've chosen by myself, at an affordable price too!I recommend anyone to come by even if they were nervous or unsure like me.”

“Black owned clothing store on the pricier side but they have good quality clothes for the most part. I bought a couple sweatsuits back in 2020 and they are still in hood standing. My only complaint is that my pants shrunk after I washed them ☹️ overall 10/10 in customer service and they host yearly semi black parties on their anniversary. You also might bump into a celebrity while you shop.”

“Small but well stocked. No free parking, other than street parking in certain areas. There is a parking lot near by. Lots of public transportation next to or walking distance. Lots of stores near by. The staff are pleasant and helpful. 2/5 train is also walking distance. Theres basic none interactive activities 4 active kids inside the store, including a kids table for playing and drawing.”
“Children's gift shop Willow Road has a similar but different selection compared to The Tiny Owl a block east. I found nice last-minute things for a kiddo and mentally filed away some toys and such for future presents. I would say Willow Road is geared more towards babies but still has good options for toddlers/younger kids. Prices were not super inexpensive but there were some sales here and there. The employee was friendly and available to help. I took advantage of the complimentary gift wrapping which consisted of sealing up purchases in tissue paper. Maybe adding a Willow Road sticker would be a cute touch, just an idea!”
