“Smooth pickup experiences! No long lines for pickups, just ask any employee! I have noticed that that the employees have different experience levels, but not a big deal. The quality of the clothing is great for the price. The store is near the E/M/R subway stations making its accessible! The area also has lots of others stores making it a great to shop. There are multiple floors in the store as well (has womens, men, and kids).”
“I love the scarf selection here! They always have the widest variety of scarves and shawls out of any physical store I can find. I appreciate being able to browse them and that they stock so many - many stores only carry a few scarves or have done away with them altogether, but for those of us who wear veils or headscarves they’re not an optional accessory - we wear them everyday! Thank you for existing and for doing what you do.”

“Children's gift shop Willow Road has a similar but different selection compared to The Tiny Owl a block east. I found nice last-minute things for a kiddo and mentally filed away some toys and such for future presents. I would say Willow Road is geared more towards babies but still has good options for toddlers/younger kids. Prices were not super inexpensive but there were some sales here and there. The employee was friendly and available to help. I took advantage of the complimentary gift wrapping which consisted of sealing up purchases in tissue paper. Maybe adding a Willow Road sticker would be a cute touch, just an idea!”

“Giving a 5 star because I went this morning at this location I got help by a very helpful young lady working on the floor I can’t remember her name she was the only I saw going back an fourth getting things done I appreciate her helping me she took her time and make sure I was able to get what I wanted !! Will come back to this store more often even though the line was long but it was worth it ! .”
