I came in with 4 watches that needed the sizing adjusted as well as the batteries replaced. Mo was incredibly kind and accommodating. I stumbled upon this place on my way back from work, little knew Mr Modou is a license Seiko dealer, I needed my watch to be resized and Mr Modou did it in 15 minutes, friendly customer service, excellent price, and even offered me to come back to readjust if I’m not satisfied. What else can you ask, keep it up Modou!!!
