William the shuttle driver saved my day!! He brought me to the desk from LaGuardia and Theresa 😇 checked me in! I would not have gotten home to Maine without them ! My flight was cancelled so I drove home (9 hours!) Couldn’t have done it without them 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The first time I rented here was great. The second time the staff was kind of rude, but it's New York. That kind of thing happens sometimes. The third time though the counter staff was so out of line that I'm pretty sure there's no reason I should bother renting from them again.

They dont answer the phone and the automated system gives you multiple choices that dont relate to your reason for initially calling . Why dont they answer their phone ? It closes at 930 pm its only 8:27 pm ..bern on hold 2 mins
