“Today i have a appoitment at 12:00 PM i go over there they know i,m in office then i start wait from 11:45 to 4:45. But did,nt get Car.
But i,m on 2nd last number other can get car but at the end no cars left so we come without car and they give us a next week appoitment.
I feel bad that i did,nt find a car but the reason for giving them 5 stars is the bahaviour is soo good especially the lady because we only talk with the lady.
So at last the process is that i know after the whole day is.
If you have a reservation at 12:00 go over there around 10 then you will call earlier.
Process is simple Someone return the car after returning they give the car to the next person.
The office don,t know when someone will come to return but he must come before 5pm.

“Really cheap renting facility. You will get exactly what you need to get the job done. The vehicles are a bit old because of the abuse they've taken, but they'll get you "there" and back. They're trying to get their heads to the 21 century technology wise, but there still is a lot of improvement (online booking for once).”

“I was trying to fly home to visit my family. I had already been cancelled off one flight many week ago and another more recently so today was the day. As my flight started getting more and more delayed I didn't want the same thing to happen, so I went to Hertz and asked them if they could change my prepaid rental so that I could grab a car from LGA and drive to my destination. Even though it was difficult Elena and Joseph (the manager) helped me and only charged me a minor difference. Absolutely thankful and now I get to see my folks!”

“I realize this 5-star review is in the minority, but truly, we had a very positive experience at this location. A few things to know upfront - the location is several minutes away (?8-10) and we were there quite late (8PM) and so there was only 1 person at the service desk (ie there was a bit of a wait). However, the staff were amazing. We booked last minute and had specific needs (care size etc) as we were doing a one-way car trip after a flight cancellation. The employees were patient, kind and courteous. They worked with us to help us find the car we needed (had booked) since they had low inventory, they suggested we wait for someone to bring over the appropriate car from the Hertz. They helped us purchase the appropriate toll plan, found us the booster we needed and didn't rush us leaving the lot even though they were closing. This was our first time renting from Thrifty and based on this experience I would use this location again.”

“They accept debit payments. You're not pressed for credit card credibility, and you only have to deposit one time per vehicle. You can extend it up to four weeks I believe. I just went in for an entire service oil change, brakes and rotors and it was done professionally and in a timely manner. I was able to drive back out with the same car that I on extension.”
