“Overall just another car rental place that is trying to lure customers by providing a good daly rate. Cutting cost for customers. So many 1 star reviews but once you read them, unfortunately it reads, you got what you paid for. No limos is waiting outside airport doors, no greater with a glass of sparkling either. But you do get a $30 a day decent car. I was trying to rent a minivan and they did not have one. Jack, i think, at the JFK location was courteous and patient. He showed different car options available and checked other Drivo locations to help out. As a company, corporate, there are some improvements that can and should be made. Staff gets to deal with all the company shortcomings and customer complaints in real time and they do a great job, but i am sure that it may be stressful to deal with complaints and frustrating customers.”

“Today i have a appoitment at 12:00 PM i go over there they know i,m in office then i start wait from 11:45 to 4:45. But did,nt get Car.
But i,m on 2nd last number other can get car but at the end no cars left so we come without car and they give us a next week appoitment.
I feel bad that i did,nt find a car but the reason for giving them 5 stars is the bahaviour is soo good especially the lady because we only talk with the lady.
So at last the process is that i know after the whole day is.
If you have a reservation at 12:00 go over there around 10 then you will call earlier.
Process is simple Someone return the car after returning they give the car to the next person.
The office don,t know when someone will come to return but he must come before 5pm.

“Rented a car few weeks ago and my car broke down it was leaking oil and i called fast track immediately and they got the car towed and asked me to wait untill the car is fixed as per i was talking to some agents with customer service i didn’t get any information for 2 days but then this guy Named BILAL looked into my concern and situation and within 2-3 hours he arranged me a replacement vehicle even though it was a long weekend and office was closed and they delivered the car to me so i can drive the same day i highly recommend this company for renting the cars and if any problems talk bilal with sales department very good and helping guy helped really quick and fast where all others were saying no to me in customer service if bilal didn’t helped me i might had to wait till monday as my car broke down on Tuesday but Bilal has helped me to come out of this situation with replacement vehicle… THANKS ALot …..”

“Really cheap renting facility. You will get exactly what you need to get the job done. The vehicles are a bit old because of the abuse they've taken, but they'll get you "there" and back. They're trying to get their heads to the 21 century technology wise, but there still is a lot of improvement (online booking for once).”
“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. The cars drove smoothly and were just like new. The return process was also very easy. Anyway, I will forever recommend SIXT based on this experience. Thank you all.”

I needed to rent a car and dropped it off here to get to the airport afterwards. The gentleman that checked the vehicle back in was professional and extremely helpful, as was Hugo who drove the shuttle to the airport terminal.
They really made a very busy day so pleasant for me!
