I've only had great experiences at this location. All the staffs are really nice and helpful! Especially the lady, she's so nice. Love this Fedex! So much better than the ones in Manhattan.

This FedEx on Steinway is a vital part of the community. The staff is always kind, patient and truly helpful- especially for those of us who are not very familiar with computers, printing, etc.! Thank you Yolanda ,and all at this store, for excellent caring service, always.
