My husband and I went here (a couple times) to print out all of our wedding stationary and every time we were greeted by very warm and friendly employees. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly helpful, taking the time to go through each thing we needed and the different options of how we could get it done. Our stationary was done quickly and everything looked beautiful. I'm so unclear as to why they only have 3 stars, every time I've gone here has been a great experience. Thank you to Yolanda, Zach, and Mike for helping us to make our wedding a success!!

Terrible. I called to ask about how much a flat envelope would cost to ship to Manhattan and instead of simply answering my question, they transferred me to the online customer service

I went to the store to ask for passport photo for my daughter. They did it 3 times previously, 2 times for my son and one for my daughter.The employee, Mike, said the wont do it because my girls is 5 years old. I told him that they had done it before in the same store. After that, he said the camera was broken. I told him I called the day before to check if the camera was working and they said yes. After the second excuse, he said he didn’t charge the camera.So I told him, obviously he doesn’t want to do it and I don’t understand why. I asked for his manager but he told me the manager will come after 12. Another person was working there and told me that the manager was on vacation for 15 days. But, the other employee had just told me that the manager comes after 12.So obviously the two employees were trying to cover their backs.I told him he was very rude and the only reason he won’t do it, it’s because he doesn’t feel like it. I don’t know how they are allowed to treat people like this without any supervision.This employee’s name is Mike and was very rude and unprofessional.I don’t even know what to think why he didn’t want to do the photos: all I know is that he made a bunch of excuses and was so relaxed. Had no regards to even make up a proper excuse.I hope this employee gets reported to his manager. He even looked very comfortable being rude and didn’t even have regards for my two kids that were witnessing the argument.I understand they maybe don’t want to do passport photos for kids because it can be a hard job, but at least, don’t make excuses, don’t lie and be professional and respectful. He could have lied in a less obvious manner and I would have left. But, his rudeness was what bothered me the most.

Let me just say that people in customer service were designed to help you as a customer. I am very shocked that this location MANAGER asian lady is not about that at all. I had to pick up my package and delivery address did not match with my id. Okay but it was FedEx who messed up my delivery in the first place. Now I have to wait 5 days for them to return it to the sender and they won’t refund it until they receive it from FedEx. Hello? It could of been said at the location when I came in that I can register and change address to the one I have on my id TO BE ABLE to pick up my package right there and then. But did she tell me that? Did she provide me with that information? Of course not. She just looked at me and said there’s nothing they can do to help “these are our rules”... maybe shouldn’t be working there if you can’t help people. I hope you see this! miss Haley a store manager at Steinway location.

This place is a mess! Understaffed and rude folks! They also discriminate a woman who clearly couldn’t speak English, I tried to help translate for her but they kept putting her to the side and clearly not helping. These folks in here HATE their jobs, specially the manager.

Avoid at all costs. I dropped a package in one of their drop-boxes. It wasn't scanned for 8 days (so there is no proof during that time that I dropped it off). Then it was marked as "shipment exception" for 2 days after that. During the time it hadn't been scanned, I called the main FedEx customer service. They told me they couldn't help but told me to call the store. If you call the store, you get a recorded message and then you are forwarded back to the main FedEx customer service phone. Repeated emails to the branch went unanswered. Absolutely abysmal customer service from the branch and even worse that corporate has no power to hold them accountable.
