The customer service at this FedEx location deserves 10 stars! The team here is always so helpful and consistently has a positive attitude. Today, Bruce went above and beyond to assist me….but honestly, every time I’ve come in, the staff have been just as friendly and supportive. I’ve visited this location many times, and I’m finally writing a review to recognize the amazing service I always receive.

I visited this location earlier this morning and was impressed to see how well everything was handled despite a line out the door. Bruce managed the crowd with ease, professionalism, and a great attitude. He was extremely helpful, assisted me with printing documents, and remained polite and courteous throughout. The woman who I believe is the manager was also very professional and welcoming. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and support!

Unfortunately, made my way over for a passport photo and this place unprofessionally “ran out of photo paper.” How? Is t this place a darn port office?! I won’t be giving FedEx my business if I were you.

Manager told me i cant ship a box that is wrapped in shipping paper and taped all around. Wastting my time and gas. Shipped boxes like this at usps no problem. Tried to sell me a box on top of it

I REALLY LIKE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED I need to print my Resume the FedEx staff helped me. If you dont have money to pay for your service, then this is not the place for you. I didn't care to spend the money. Spend $24.95 because in order to earn, you need to spend.

If they can't even scan a set of documents properly, they shouldn't be in business or offering that service at all. We went there twice. The first time, we never received the scanned files because the staff apparently didn’t know how to send an email—typing an address seemed to be too much to ask. So we went back. We were blamed for this lack of service, so we paid for a second scan. The second attempt was somehow worse: the documents were scanned sideways, at an unreadable angle, and all lumped into a single PDF. Now we are left trying to sort it out ourselves. This wasn’t just poor service—it was a complete failure. The staff went above and beyond to ruin something as simple as a scan. Why is this business even operating?

I had a terrible encounter with a sales associates, that goes by Dave. Dave acts supercilious and is disrespectful. I wish him the best and hope he finds his happiness.

Honesty is key in any situation especially when dealing with shipping items you want to feel ensured the package will be delivered. The service rep is the first individual that can make or break this initial working bond. Dave was very honest with me today, I needed to ship an item to a college dorm that has UPS on site. Reading the location Dave stopped and said it would be in your best interest to go to UPS and ship from there (respectfully). The campus UPS can decline the fedex package and delay shipping(possibly). I should have know this( there is a big UPS label on box) but I respect Dave for being honest and sending me away informed. Thanks for being honest have a great day DAVE!
