“I’m a little late sharing this, but I wanted to Thank Joe and his staff in Astoria for their compassion and guidance through our Rotti Dougie’s cancer diagnosis. I remember walking in to the store in Astoria and just bursting into tears. I’m sorry I don’t remember the woman’s name behind the counter, but she was so kind. She gave me Joe’s number and he advised me what supplements to try, what to cook for him, what food etc. Dougie lived 2 more happy healthy years to the surprise of many vets. He died of aneurysm at the end. While shocking and heartbreaking, we are so grateful for the 2 additional years. Of course you always wish for more. We miss him so much. Glad we didn’t go a different route. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys are angels.”
“I rarely write reviews, so when I do, it’s because the experience is truly authentic. First off, this place is an absolute gem! We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. We were a little worried about bringing our pit bull, but there was absolutely no judgment. The owner was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable about different dog breeds, which made us feel even more comfortable.
They have both a human menu and a dog menu, making it the perfect brunch spot for you and your pup. The coffee was delicious, and my Foxy absolutely loved her doggy treat!
OMG, this place is beyond amazing!!!! We will definitely be back next week!!! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re truly missing out!”

“We love Pet Club! It's conveniently located on Steinway within walking distance from our apartment, and they have everything we need for our new puppy. I appreciate all the high-quality and healthy items they keep in stock here. We haven't had a dog in years, and I had all the questions... I've been in the store multiple times over the last 1.5 weeks. The staff members here are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Today, they helped me find these no-rawhide chews for our pup. He absolutely loves them, and it's saving our toes, pant legs, shoes... Also a plus, they have a point system with Square so you can earn rewards over time ^_^”
