“First time bringing my goldendoodle here and I am so happy with his groom. They did an excellent job. They trimmed my dog exactly how I showed them in the picture. My puppy was a little matted on his tail and they were respectful to call and ask me if it was ok to shave off the hair, which I appreciated very much.Their booking process was so easy, they had so many options in such a short period of time. I was also impressed on how fast they got him done and the price is reasonable.I recommend them 100 times over! Thank you!”

“Vinnys's pet shop has a pet groomer who does cats on Wednesdays. I'm sorry but I don't know her name. She is the best. My cat Delilah is a 3 year old Maine Coon who won't let me comb her . So instead of torqueing she asked if she could shaved her, she left a mane and I love it. Delilah now looks like a Lion. Delilah came home much happier usually take weeks for her to get over seeing the groomer I would say she has PTSD. I could tell right off the the pet groomer cared about hurting Delilah. “Recently, my cat stopped eating anything at all and, despite vets finding nothing wrong, he was growing increasingly lethargic, scared, and rapidly losing weight. Even an appetite inducer did nothing to help. After 9 days of eating nothing, including his favorite treats, the owner here recommended a food brand that has now become the only thing I've been able to get him to eat. He is slowly eating more every day and is almost completely back to his old self. I can quite literally say that this store may have saved my cat's life, and I'm eternally grateful.”

They also have other options for order such as pick-up and online. The communication is great with text messages for any availability changes or updates. I discovered the store after watching the Netflix movie, "Pet Fooled" and looking for a specific brand of holistic grain-free or raw food and this store had it. They have tons of options and always willing to help or guide you into finding something. It's the Whole Foods market for pets :)”

“What a lovely shop filled with everything you could want for your pets! I was staying a few blocks away and stopped in to buy my babies something to give them when I returned home. The owner Eddie is very kind, taking care with each customer if they ask questions or need help. That said, he’s not pushy in the least. I enjoyed meeting the resident shop cat Chloe, black cats rule! I managed to spend $50 on some really high end catnip toys (only the best for my kids!) and a cool small dog toy. I’ll definitely go out if my way to stop in here next time I’m in NYC. If I lived locally I would do all my pet shopping here, great selection!”
