“Visited this USPS store and the manager was kind enough to let me ship my stuff even though the store was closing. The employees are all very nice and willing to help. Overall, always have a great experience coming to this post office!”

“I had a very urgent package that was supposed to be delivered next-day with expedited shipping and insurance. Due to an address issue, it never arrived as scheduled and was instead being sent back to the sender. I was told by multiple USPS representatives that there was nothing that could be done and that the package could not be intercepted. At that point, I was extremely stressed because the item was time-sensitive, and the sender was also unavailable until after spring break, which would have meant a significant delay.
But Andy at the USPS on 30-11 21st went far above and beyond what anyone else was willing or able to do. He kept open communication with me and was able to track down the package all the way back at the original post office and arranged for it to be redirected back to me. By the next day at noon, I had it in my hands.
What stood out most was that he did this with genuine kindness and initiative, not because he had to, but because he cared enough to help. It meant more than just getting a package on time—it restored my faith that there are still truly helpful and compassionate people out there.

Fred #2 helps run operations at this branch. He has not only been helpful, but also friendly, understanding, kind, and the epitome & vision of what I recall USPS postpeople being from a young age.

The kindness and humanity like that found in Fred, is seldomly found in today's society. I'm looking forward to future visits at this smaller, often slower-operating, branch. No complaints.
