“I’m really happy with the Prime Printing. I had to print my portfolio and they printed it very fast within an hour. There were few options with the paper and few options for binding. The price wasn’t too bad either. The customer service was great as well.”
“I go here for all of my USPS and UPS drop offs. Let me tell you that I have a USPS 2 blocks from my house- but their customer service is horrible. So I will go some more blocks. They have great customers service here and their staff is super friendly whether it’s in the morning or at night. I have purchased at staples as well and they have a wide range of school and office supplies. If something is not found they offer to help you with ordering and or also locating the product at other stores. Definitely recommend visit this staples in Astoria.”
“They try their best to deliver. The business is in a very busy area, so you may have to wait in line, but their spot is still the best place in the neighborhood to access the services they provide. I forgot my ID there and I called them and they kept it till I returned from out of State.
The Manager is genuinely concerned about his customers and does reprimand his staff when they mess up. I wish they had a bigger place, but this is New York!”

“This was my first time at this restaurant and my experience was absolutely amazing. We were greeted very warmly and seated right away. The servers were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere and music was spot on. I ordered the Braised Beef and Chicken empanadas. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken empanada but the braised beef one was good. I had the avocado salad with Salmon, it was absolutely delicious! Salmon was cooked very well. I also ordered some toastones that came with a very good garlic sauce and a pina colada. The drink was regular but good. Did I say the music was amazing too? LOL The music was at a great level where you can jam and still have a conversation. The only thing I didn't like was that they sung happy birthday after I paid the check so it made it a little weird that we didn't leave right away. All in all, I will definitely be back:-)”

Today, Bruce went above and beyond to assist me….but honestly, every time I’ve come in, the staff have been just as friendly and supportive. “The staff are extremely helpful! Pawan is super friendly, his great customer service makes the store feel very welcoming. As a mom with a baby and business owner going here doesn't feel stresful at all so I always select this store as my preferred carrier. UPS did great with this new Location.”
