“I go here for all of my USPS and UPS drop offs. Let me tell you that I have a USPS 2 blocks from my house- but their customer service is horrible. So I will go some more blocks. They have great customers service here and their staff is super friendly whether it’s in the morning or at night. I have purchased at staples as well and they have a wide range of school and office supplies. If something is not found they offer to help you with ordering and or also locating the product at other stores. Definitely recommend visit this staples in Astoria.”

“They try their best to deliver. The business is in a very busy area, so you may have to wait in line, but their spot is still the best place in the neighborhood to access the services they provide. I forgot my ID there and I called them and they kept it till I returned from out of State.

The Manager is genuinely concerned about his customers and does reprimand his staff when they mess up. I wish they had a bigger place, but this is New York!”

“All tables at front all patrons wearing jackets....we didn't order entrees as the door opens you freeze...had a drink and appetizer went elswhere. Asked to move we were told no...even though there were vacant tables throughout. Server took twenty minutes to come....appeared annoyed at asking to move and pointing out everyone has jackets on - then told us she must put in entree and appetizers all at once - we told her lets see how awful the cold is - we were informed we wouldnt be able to order entrees once our order went in - nuts! Tried having a drink and enjoy appetizer but the endless takeout pickups and people coming in and out makes it impossible. Sad excellent food and place - server bizarre, made no sense and never returned to the table...we asked the hostess for our check and 10 minutes later she returned -imagine horrible service and an added 18% tip...perfect! then the card reader is asking for and additional 7, 10 or 15 - she again looked annoyed as I said wasnt the tip already added - you can give more if you want......I told her for wjhat you never returned to ask if we wanted another drink, dessert nothing.....up to me she would have gotten standard 15% she was awful. Third time I guess wasnt the charm - will not return. BTW table to the left table to the right complaing about the freezing cold all to no avail with tons of empty tables further back -”
