“I’m really happy with the Prime Printing. I had to print my portfolio and they printed it very fast within an hour. There were few options with the paper and few options for binding. The price wasn’t too bad either. The customer service was great as well.”
“I go here for all of my USPS and UPS drop offs. Let me tell you that I have a USPS 2 blocks from my house- but their customer service is horrible. So I will go some more blocks. They have great customers service here and their staff is super friendly whether it’s in the morning or at night. I have purchased at staples as well and they have a wide range of school and office supplies. If something is not found they offer to help you with ordering and or also locating the product at other stores. Definitely recommend visit this staples in Astoria.”
“They try their best to deliver. The business is in a very busy area, so you may have to wait in line, but their spot is still the best place in the neighborhood to access the services they provide. I forgot my ID there and I called them and they kept it till I returned from out of State.
The Manager is genuinely concerned about his customers and does reprimand his staff when they mess up. I wish they had a bigger place, but this is New York!”
