Terrible customer service, terrible workers. They gave everyone their business card so you can call them but they never pick up the phone or respond on e mail. I been waiting ONE MONTH to get new debit card. And after I went 4 time to ask about it. Probably worst bank with worst employee.

It’s always something with these guys not convince at all. I understand the draw needs to happen but why at the most inconvenient time there’s 6 of us waiting over 30 mins. Under construction atms always down now this. Come on it’s winter and your customers are freezing outside
