I have never even considered switching banks until recently Every time I come I wait forever (they need to hire more employees) And there always seems to be an issue with ehatn trying to do, dormant matter how simple it should be Used to be a great bank, unfortunately it’s gone down hill fast

Awful service. Waited in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes today while they counted money and said nothing to us. Unfortunately the end of the week is busy, as there is two correctional facilities in the area that get paid on Thursdays.
