Received check from insurance company that banks with M&T, went to M&T to cash check …. M&T charges me a 2% fee for cashing the check 😑.
Like lets be so forreal right now, yawl need money that bad 😣😮💨? Sounds like M&T down bad & struggling.

I called with concerns about my account. I was talked down to by, I believe her name was Kim. Not a good attitude at all.

Loved this bank for years untill I got scammed and they couldn't do anything about it. The representative seemed half asleep and did nothing to help
