“I love this bank. I have a small business and I go in often. Demetrius Murphy is amazing!! He's so friendly and always there to help. The tellers are friendly. I never walk in without someone immediately greeting me. I drive 20 minutes just to use this LNB. Because it is the best!”
“The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.
I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.”

“LNB has that hometown banking feel that I've only seen in movies. I've been used to big banks up until this point and I had no idea that there's such thing as a human touch when it comes to banking. I truly feel valued as a customer, and I know that I can reach a human when I need one, and not just sit on a recorded phone line. LNB goes the extra mile and adds a personal touch to everything they do; hand written thank you notes and birthday cards, small tokens of appreciation that never cease to surprise me. They are part of the fabric of the community and it's so nice to keep things local, not to mention their rates on their mortgages have been the best I could find anywhere around by a decent margin, and their checking account options are great as well. Their Grant Avenue branch is absolutely beautiful, and I can't wait until it can actually be used to its full potential with the community rooms and such once things are safer. Give LNB a shot, they deserve it, everyone is so kind and willing to assist!”

“I give 5 Star Bank Credit. Someone online offered to donate money to AuburnRox through cash app. They were able to then use that to get into my bank account and attempt to take money from it. 5 Star recognized this to be odd and shut it down. I’m still a bit leery of banks now, but they are always pleasant. The workers in the Auburn 5 Star bank have been nothing short of helpful and patient.”
