“The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.

I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.”

“Been a member of ACFCU since I was a teenager. The original branch I went to is on the other end of Auburn, but they constructed this one sometime in the early 2000s and it is incredibly convenient.

Good parking, and easy availability to swing by quickly on your lunch or a break. I appreciate having multiple options when you need to visit them quickly.

The staff that work there are always kind, thorough and consistent. I have always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness every time I've gone there. It makes the whole experience much better than a large corporate bank.

The only oddity of this branch is that the wind sometimes hits the building from a certain direction and the doors get pulled as you are opening them. Otherwise it is an excellent experience with fantastic staff and offerings.”
