“So far I have only come across people that work here that are super friendly. Even the manager took time to come outside and explain the difference between a couple of different lawn tractors. I've been at stores where everyone seemed like they were too busy to help. But not here.”
“My wife and i visited the store on 6-20-2026 A very nice man, his name is John from garden waited on us. Very professional and helpful. Great sense of humor too.....had to deal with my wife! Thanks John for all your help!!!!”
“Everybody else reviewing are idiots and have never actually worked customer service in their life. The store is perpetually short staffed, but the staff who do come to work, work hard and help as much as they can.”

“Was having trouble with new portable honeywell single hose unit. Ended up with a GE 14,000btu window a/c which works great. They made exchanges easy with no hassles. Thank you for being understanding and helping with everything.”
