Tractor Supply Co. is a store for run of the mill remodeling items and farm needs. Customers find it convenient and note it has very reasonable prices. The store offers a great wash service for pets in a clean and tidy wash room. It also provides veterinary services with decent prices on a first come, first serve basis. The business carries a selection of funny women's shirts with farming sayings and various garden tools that other local stores may not have. For non run of the mill or specialty items, however, the selection can be limited, with associates sometimes unable to provide specific help or carry specialty parts. Many customers report very helpful and attentive service, with employees willing to walk the whole store to find products and provide assistance. The store layout has been redone and looks much better.
The Manger wouldn't let me return a item, had to buy another one at half price.

So far I have only come across people that work here that are super friendly. Even the manager took time to come outside and explain the difference between a couple of different lawn tractors. I've been at stores where everyone seemed like they were too busy to help. But not here.
