“Today I returned to the Auburn store for a third time and I also deleted a previous glowing review. Unfortunately, the promotional deal I was supposed to get turned out not to be accurate. The person who sold it to me a week ago was not available today when my husband and I drove an hour (again) to return equipment and ask for clarity on the bill we received that was $70 dollars higher than the quote I was given. We were not happy and expected a possible confrontation.
However, I highly commend Stephanie and Scott, who immediately listened to our concerns, reviewed every detail of our bill in comparison to what we had been told by another employee. It was definitely much higher than expected, so they graciously apologized for the inconvenience and the inaccurate quote. They were “stellar” and readily took care of the problem and softened the blow by doing the right things. A special thanks to Stephanie who also helped search for my phone when I thought I’d dropped it in the parking lot during our second visit. People can make mistakes but often don’t accept the responsibility. Stephanie and Scott were not responsible but their professionalism and attention to our needs should be commended. We happily gave them snickerdoodles for their excellent customer service.”
