“Thank You So Much!!! Ally, Dillon, & the entire staff there were so attentive, helpful & knowledgeable. They helped transfer & setup my Dad’s phone!! Keeping him connected to his family & friends.
You all did way more than expected-going above and beyond to make sure they took care of every need! I had no wait time and was fixed up in a jiffy!!
Thanks again! Sue & William”
“Very happy with this location. Both employees were incredibly helpful, professional, quick, knowledgable. Christian helped us from start to finish and he truly was a pleasure to work with. Always happy with my T-MOBILE service, and the guys at this location will take great care of you!”
“Very helpful. The professional and smart customer service representative was able to fix the problem that another store in another city just sent me to Verizon help call line.”
“Had a positive experience with Sean today. He was extremely helpful and patient as we chose a phone uprade for my brother who is partially disabled. Thank you and appreciat his help.”
“The young man that waited on me was fantastic. He knew what he was doing. The only thing that would help would be a few more employees to wait on customers. This would take some pressure off the 2 lone employees working.”
