I noticed the heel had fallen off as I was packing to leave town. I read their highly rated Google reviews, so stopped by with the boots when we arrived in NY. They did not disappoint. They had my boots repaired in about 24 hours. What great service and a family business to boot! : ) We even got to meet the "original" Sam who started the business 74 years ago as he & his wife were in the store when we picked up the boots.Thanks so much for expediting the order so I could wear my boots on our trip.”
