Tractor Supply Co. is a store for run of the mill remodeling items and farm needs. Customers find it convenient and note it has very reasonable prices. The store offers a great wash service for pets in a clean and tidy wash room. It also provides veterinary services with decent prices on a first come, first serve basis. The business carries a selection of funny women's shirts with farming sayings and various garden tools that other local stores may not have. For non run of the mill or specialty items, however, the selection can be limited, with associates sometimes unable to provide specific help or carry specialty parts. Many customers report very helpful and attentive service, with employees willing to walk the whole store to find products and provide assistance. The store layout has been redone and looks much better.
I got such attentive help today, from not one, but 2 employees. One walked the whole store with me to find exactly what I needed, climbed up to the highest shelving to get my product down. She also triple checked on a product until she found it.. then loaded my jeep for me! So very helpful!
