Waited over 30 minutes for pellets to be loaded. Back staff in the loading bay didnt care and said oh well they probabaly went on lunch. They couldnt get someone to answer the coms.Totally unacceptible...

I have to say employees are extremely courteous and helpful .It is very disappointing that the manager is unable to place orders We buy Dumor grain and hay for our elderly horses and it is never in stock .We asked him if he could bump up his orders so it would be in-stock .He said it did not sell well enough which I do not understand because it is never in stock for me to purchase.He also said it was company ordering, not him and he could not do anything about it.I have never heard of a store that did not have the ability to adjust orders seems like bad business my animals have to eat .Extremely disappointed in management not the employees.

I got such attentive help today, from not one, but 2 employees. One walked the whole store with me to find exactly what I needed, climbed up to the highest shelving to get my product down. She also triple checked on a product until she found it.. then loaded my jeep for me! So very helpful!

they told me i could do whatever i wanted to do with a dead chicken very unprofessional when i had called later they had said i had to wait until the morning to speak to someone very unprofessional!!! do not shop here staff are extremely rude!!!!!!!!!
