I cannot express how great our experience was here. The GM David was very kind and helpful and helped us weigh all of our options for our move. He went above and beyond the call of customer service.

The manager at this location would not accept my license as legal even though it has been extended because of Covid. I rented through Baldwinsville though, and he was great! Also the regional representative responded to my concerns and was AWESOME!
