“I have mostly used the drive through for my prescriptions, and have always had a positive experience. Even last night I was assisted by the window employee on how to update my phone number on the app to continue to receive text messages re: my prescriptions. Previously I was helped with my covid test order by the window employee. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I call I have always been able to speak to the pharmacist or another helpful employee. It's never been an issue. Yesterday I spoke with Matt, and he was quite helpful on the phone. Ive only been inside the store 2x and it was a seemless process, in and out in minutes. Overall I'm very happy about the way I've been treated by the employees at this CVS, and it is now my go to store.Flora”

“I love this CVS! The staff is very helpful and courteous! The pharmacists are great, especially for a corporate chain pharmacy. When you're running out of meds & need refills, they'll call & let you know, & offer to contact your prescriber to renew the prescription for you. On top of that, they've just introduced same-day pharmacy delivery, which is SUPER convenient compared to the option to ship them via USPS (especially if you don't have a vehicle). If you take meds that need to be refrigerated, you can now have them delivered by their own drivers instead of having to pick them up yourself at the store.
If you've ever shopped at CVS, you know they are notorious for having crazy high prices. But if you join their rewards program for $5/mo, they send you tons of discount/promo coupons & cash back rewards, as well as a $10 credit each month. That has allowed me to buy things that I've always wanted but never could afford to splurge on. I've already saved over $1,100 on purchases this year alone, & it's only July!”

The pharmacy team always works hard to ensure that I don't overpay for my medication since my insurance charges different amounts for different drug manufacturers. The team is very pleasant, kind, and professional. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”

She took down all my info and I hope that it does work this easily. She is waiting for the shift lead to come in at 1:30 to talk to her about it. We will see! 4 star because of the issue!”

They are overworked, underpaid and having to deal with angry customers over reduced service hours. Meanwhile patients are not getting their sometimes life-saving medications. “With all of the short staffing that is going on in healthcare, I feel people have given this pharmacy staff a bad bunch of reviews. I have never had them be rude. They have helped me get medications as fast or faster than other places. They run their entire time on duty…I truly feel this group of workers are doing their very best! Retail pharmacy is a tough job…they get screamed at and treated poorly every day!”

“I'm seeing all of these bad reviews. I've been using Express Scripts for a couple of years now and I've never had any issues. Their Customer Service has always been good for me as well. Prescriptions come on time and I was even notified that my prescription was discontinued with no delay. I still have plenty of meds which means I have time to find a med replacement. Also, home delivery is seriously amazing, especially when you live in the country! Thank you, Express Scripts!I did also want to mention that if you are in desperate need for a medicine, you can have your prescription transferred to a physical pharmacy. You don't have to use the delivery option if I'm not mistaken. Just trying to help those complaining.”
