However, pharmacists and techs are overworked, underpaid, and dealing with angry customers due to reduced service hours. This situation means patients sometimes do not get their life-saving medications, creating a public health risk. Reviewers note the staff is outstanding and the store is a reliable, frequent go-to where customers find what they need quickly. There is a call for corporate to step up and help the team serve the community better.
Gavin is terrific! He was so busy and so kind helping us print photos for an important life event. Go Gavin- he needs a raise. Thanks for all your help and kind attitude. You don’t see that often in customer service.
