“They have been wonderful since day 1. They made my move in process very fast and easy so I could start my new job. I would definitely recommend moving here it is a wonderful place to live. The balconies are even large enough for a small potted garden.They helped immediately with problems with my washer not working properly. Thank you so much for the fast replacement of my washer. It turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated and y’all were great! This is the best place I have ever lived. Jesse and Katie are wonderful. “Excellent Experience, lived in a town house for almost 2 years, and it was very comfortable. Plenty of scenic trails we walked on daily, any problems we had were taken care of same day in most instances. Very thankful to be able to call Riverton home for as long as we did!”

“We unfortunately had a terrible upstairs neighbor who harassed us for the last 9 months of our lease. This person would stomp on their floor, bang on their walls, and leave nasty notes anytime they heard a peep come from our downstairs unit. We would use our microwave, set a glass on the table, put a pan in the oven... heaven forbid we unload our dishwasher. This person also had a history of yelling out their window when we used the back door to come in/out of the building, accusing us of slamming the door and making too much noise.
After months and months of irritation, it was a relief when we noticed that this person was moving out. Other tenants in the building expressed how happy they were too. Apparently, from what others have shared, this person has been a menace to other over the years. Turns out, this person actually moved..to an upgraded unit within the complex. Despite the office being aware of their behavior, we were very surprised that they would allow a lease renewal, mind a unit upgrade. I guess it makes sense though, this person has a special relationship with the office which seemingly shielded them from any consequences for their actions.
Erie Station hosts peaceful grounds, lots of walking paths, a nice community pool, they even host a few community events throughout the year. Dawn in the office was incredibly helpful and responsive, she made our move-in process very easy. Thank you, Cindy and the very speedy and thorough maintenance team.”

“Excellent move in experience. Very honest and open when I had questions, and very kind. Apartment is in great condition, and maintenance was quick to fix the one problem I had, which was just the light in the fridge. Awesome place all around.”
