“Kate, was awesome in putting my Father at ease during our tour. We toured about 15 other apartments and we got different attitudes. Kate was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even made move in smooth. My Father is very happy here. He had to relocate from where he lived for over 30 years do to health issues and was not feeling it. Kate answered all his questions and answered all my phone calls. She was indeed very accommodating. This was a great experience.”

Celeste was outstanding, showing us our available options while being courteous of our price range. She showed us several properties and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. She is a go getter, very quick and effective. She actually took us as walk-ins and I am glad it worked out for both parties.”

“I lived on Friendly Court at The Fairfield for 3 years. Dawn helped me with the lease and the required paperwork. I had to move to another Fairfield apartment, because I needed one that was wheelchair accessible. Dawn was attentive and caring when helping me to find a suitable apartment. She helped me make the move smooth, and handled the paperwork from start to finish. I had a good experience living on Friendly Court and presently living in the new Fairfield owned building. In addition, the maintenance team at the Babylon location is great! The supervisor conducted a good inspection of my apartment when I moved out and gave me a copy of the rental inspection report. I enjoyed my time there.”
