Moving to Bunt Commons II has been extremely positive. Kate Bosch is so helpful and responds quickly when assistance is needed. The complex is well kept, with encouragement to all to maintain high standards. Looking forward to summer BBQ and sitting outside.

They have excellent management, they give you information when you need and if they don’t know the answer they will get it for you. The maintenance is excellent also they don’t make you wait they come and fix the issue as soon as they get the work order. We love it here.

The tenant's concerns are understood by Kate Bosch, the property manager, who is a kind and respectful person.
In addition to that information, there are three maintenance workers.
Their work is exceptional and they excel in their roles.
