“I had to bring my car 2 times within a couple weeks between each visit and both times Eric Bonet was extremely responsive and helpful to my annoyance of JUST (like literally a month) buying the car and within the month having to bring it back in. He always called me back if he wasn’t able to answer my call the first time and he made sure the service was done and that I was satisfied before sending me off. Both times I was able to use a loaner as my schedule is packed and both times it made the process easier and smoother. I really cannot express the satisfaction I had of my experience at the specific service center of South shore Subaru and Eric.”
