“Excellent body repair and customer care. From the initial visit, everyone was pleasant, informative, and professional. We hesitated at first to go to a national brand thinking they wouldn't give us the personal care we were used to from a local shop, but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Caliber, and how they kept us up to date with the progress of work by sending text along the way. The lifetime warranty is also a very nice added bonus you might not get elsewhere too. Oh and the most important part... They did an outstanding job on the repair. Everything came out as new!Only, slight complaint was some dust left on the seats and paint smell inside the car. Had I noticed it when we picked up the car I would have told someone. We did have one other issue with one of the window controls not working, we had to bring the car back in but, they took us right away, treated us very nicely, and it was easily fixed.”
