“I've always had a credit card and auto loan through Capital One however I've never banked with them outside of my credit union . Recently I opened a 360 account online and they are now my primary account for checking. I like the convenience of their ATM locations, new refreshing logo and online banking is now a dream come true. Amidst the COVID19 pandemic I visited the Garden City and Westbury branches which were a nightmare. Terrible service prior to the pandemic as well. Long lines. Clueless employees. Today I am happy to report that this branch is the best. Professional staff. Smiling faces. Best of all, no long lines and no nonsense. I needed a cashier's check today. While I'm not happy with the $10 up charge as a account holder, I will say it beats all the foolish monthly fees the other For Profit banks charge. This branch is raising the bar. I hope the other branches can take notes from the branch manager here.”
