“I was going to complain about lack of parking. I am tired of not being able to use ATM because cheap idiots like "review u". He or she is not willing to put 25 cents for the parking lot right across a fence that divides the bank parking and the restaurants parking.. It's very frustrating when there is no one in the bank and not a single parking spot.. Because cheapskates are not willing to shell out a quarter and have the nerve to complain feeling entitled wanting something for nothing.. The signs posted all over the lot says parking is only for bank use. Majority of this country has a relationship with Citibank one way or another that does not give them the right to disturb customers actually going in the bank. I could imagine what the manager was thinking listening to this free loader trying to save a quarter. As far as the service I find this branch very easy to do business with and staff courteous and helpful. Don't believe everything you read there two sides to every story the real victims here are the people that can't park to actually use the bank..”
