“Kevin Jackson of the Rockville Centre branch is a total pro. I had a significant unauthorized charge debited from my checking acct by an entity with which I do business. A Valley phone rep told me that it would take at least a week for me to be made whole given the circumstances. Kevin enabled my funds to be returned to me the same day I visited him at the branch. In a world where service is so lousy, it was very refreshing to have had my issue remedied so efficiently.”
“Went to this location in Rockville center to take care of some business banking and personal banking the bank/customer service representative that I dealt with is Miss T. Jones and may I say it was a pleasant experience to deal with her she was so helpful so kind and so professional she made the process very simple as 123 do I recommend this location/branch yes I highly recommend them as far as I’m concerned my experience with them was pleasant and professional, and I might add the manager of this location was also wonderful to deal with just as well. She made the process very simple. I forgot her name but I do believe it’s only one manager at this location so I highly recommend citizens bank in Rockville center.
