“On 8/25/23, I arrived at the Baldwin branch to make a withdrawal & ask a question. I was greeted by 3 wonderful ladies. One of them being Patricia, who was attentive, friendly, and informative. She provided me with wonderful customer service. She was able to help me with my issue with some assistance from the person in charge. The staff is friendly & helpful, Thanks again!”

“I've always had a credit card and auto loan through Capital One however I've never banked with them outside of my credit union . Recently I opened a 360 account online and they are now my primary account for checking. I like the convenience of their ATM locations, new refreshing logo and online banking is now a dream come true. Amidst the COVID19 pandemic I visited the Garden City and Westbury branches which were a nightmare. Terrible service prior to the pandemic as well. Long lines. Clueless employees. Today I am happy to report that this branch is the best. Professional staff. Smiling faces. Best of all, no long lines and no nonsense. I needed a cashier's check today. While I'm not happy with the $10 up charge as a account holder, I will say it beats all the foolish monthly fees the other For Profit banks charge. This branch is raising the bar. I hope the other branches can take notes from the branch manager here.”
