“I'm a distrustful person by nature. Humans are always trying to get over on other humans. I guess it's a form of survival of the fittest. So, when I come across genuinely good humans (especially in the auto repair industry) I am shocked and dismayed.The lads over Chris' Service Center are genuinely good humans. They have serviced my vehicles for 7 or 8 years. Every time, I have been there they have been transparent as to what they have done or will do. They won't surprise you with, "I had to..." Nyet. They call you before they do anything to your vehicle. They advise. No pressure.Ronnie is the main dude at Chris'. He is patient and non patronizing. I know nothing about cars except for how to drive them. Does Ronnie know? Yes. Does he spew automotive jargon when I visit? Nyet. He patiently explains.One time my wife, a driving neophyte, busted the side view mirror. I admit I wasn't too happy with the situation as I am very fond of my money. I may even have been a little upset, but Ronnie related to my wife that such things happen to all of us. It made her feel better. It was very nice. And he proceeded to order a mirror and eventually fixed everything. He even was nice enough to buff the tiny scratches (no charge)--- even nicer.When was I last there? Yesterday. I had an oil change and my inspection. I dropped it off at 7 am and it was ready for me by 9 am.Furthermore, the gas attendant, an Ecuadorian like me, always courteous and efficient.If y'all need work done on your car--- take it to Chris' Service Center.Services: Tires”

“Location is convenient and moves fast. They have a lot of pumps and you can pay electronically via the BP App and get fuel discounts. I give them a 1 Star ding because the owner has the used cars he is selling blocking the air pump and vacuum station<--- Not good!!!”
“I was expecting they had 94 octane fuel but they do not and this was indicated in both on Google and the Sunoco website which is showing false information on the fuel type. If you're looking for that high octane, don't bother coming here.”

“I always get fast, reliable service at this gas station. They always go out of their way to help me with any issue I might have. Just recently, I had a flat tire that they immediately fixed. A few weeks later I needed and oil change where I needed to wait for the car, which they did quickly. I trust them. If the repair is covered under warrantee, they will advise you to bring it to you dealer and not pressure you to do the job.I will always use them with confidence.”

“First time in a 7-11 in years. Growing up, my elementary school was immediately adjacent to one, and it served me well for my formative years: providing dental decaying, diabetes inducting candy and when age appropriate: liver-hardening beer. Today, we were running last minute Xmas errands and I didn't feel like shelling out $7 and waiting in a 40 minute line for Starbucks. We passed by 7-11 and figured: "what the hell?" With the abundance of Wawa and QuickChek stores in NJ, I wasn't expecting much from Ol' Sev. Today my expectations were exceeded! For one, the parking lot had room. Yes, the layout isn't the best, but that's typical for Long Island. Two, the store was pretty well-stocked. Three, the coffee really wasn't bad! For $2.49, I got a large cup of their 100% Colombian and the machine actually grinds the beans freshly before brewing. To me, it's better than Starbucks black stuff and it's half the price. If I lived around here I'd probably stop by whenever I didn't want to make coffee at home. Perhaps I'd even try their $3 "2 slices and a drink" deal. One star loss for the unknown dates on their "oven fresh daily" buttered rolls. Really wanted to try those, but just can't trust a buttered product that could've been sitting out for days.”

Alex is honest and they don’t do unnecessary work and charge you for things that don’t need to be done!! They are timely and keep in touch with you to let you know what the problems are that they see. They come up with solutions and give you choices! I love this place, they are the mechanic we need !
