I love Synergy fitness club because the staff is amazing, the gym always is clean, there are plenty of machines, different clases, the maintenance of all the place and machines are very good! Thank you!

Awesome gym, love that I can come afterwork and get a good workout in with little to no wait time on machines. Friendly staff, good membership pricing and excellent referral program. Would definitely recommend

Very unhappy with the way this gym handled things when I wanted to end my subscription. They dragged out the process which resulted in me having to pay for an extra month and the refused to remove the charge. No attempt to work with me to end things on a positive note. If you have any problems here, be prepared for the manager and people behind the desk to suddenly become bureaucratic robots. There are so many gyms around, give it some real thought before signing on with this one.

Not gonna lie,People that work there do their job.. lots of equipment to use. Synergy gym is clean . There’s classes that you can take if you want to improve your physique. The actions of this GYM speaks louder than my words.

Best decision I made leaving my boring cooperate franchise gym to Synergy in Baldwin. The staff are very personable and professional. The member fees are reasonable and includes spin classes, Zumba, Pilates, yoga, Sauna, an amazing hydro bed and a few other awesome classes. I got bored at my old gym,now Im motivated again and look forward to my daily workouts. Shout out to my Awesome and Motivating personal trainer Rex.

I’m part of the Synergy family! I recently joined from another gym and when I stepped in I knew these were my people. Val and Clascy welcomed me like long-time friends and they were genuinely glad I came! The gym is amazing with a variety of equipment to push my fitness goals. My PT, Rex is the man. We’ll be getting after those gains with the diversity of stuff we can do at Synergy. Let’s get crazy Rex—haha! The great thing about this place is there’s something for everyone. Cardio, classes, boxing, various weight rooms, so much. And don’t forget the water massage chairs for post workout zen-time. I’m glad I’m part of the Synergy family. ?

I switched here from blink and I definitely like this gym way better. Classes are included in the membership and they have a lot of equipment available to use. Highly recommend!

We recently signed up for Synergy in Baldwin. Our experience so far has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been supportive of our goals and our abilities at the present time. We received a free training session which we did this past Sunday with Andrew. He was very easy to work with, and listen to what we had to say I would definitely recommend synergy..
