“Spoken to Lisa yesterday and I couldn't believe how cheap the prices were especially for the 10-passenger Sprinter with the (4) Captain chairs. I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).”
“I rented 12 reusable boxes. If you're moving skip the cardboard and get these heavy duty bins. They are very durable and stack well.Gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and extended my rental to another day to prevent me from racking up late charges. Will definitely revist this location again. Nice.”

“2nd time here.- very helpful, quick, reasonable. This will now be my GO TO place for any auto issue. First visit, needed immediate assistance for car remote battery... sounds minor and simple- but was late in day and other places were not helpful. Second visit- needed NYS inspection. Was in and out in under 30 min, without an appt. Had initially made appt at Mavis, down road. Well- lesson learned: AVOID MAVIS. Mavis rude and had zero sense of customer service.”

“It's busy but it's handled well with the team they have on site..Semaj goes above and beyond for you.. A true delight, great customer service skills.. yesterday I was there and the phones were going crazy and there was a growing line.. All employees there are on point with professionalism and courtesy ...My storage room & truck were both clean..I had ZERO problems... there is a little wait but you have to wait at the nail salon and the hair salon so hey... its worth the wait for this place”

“Adam was the manager who over the phone made the transaction very smooth from the auto trailer we rented. Just note, no one from U-Haul (at least for us is there in person). You call the number inside of the gas station. If you don't know what you are doing, i.e. trailers, moving trucks then do yourself a favor and hire someone. Trailer was in good shape! The only negative star is the location - the people working here are not very polite. The classless BP staff have no problem parking in the handicapped accessible only spots while barking orders on the return of the U-Haul assets.”
“Called last minute 20 minutes before they closed and got nothing but courtesy and professionalism over the phone, and that was only amplified when I got to the location and started the rental process. Truck was clean, location was clean employees (owners?) Would absolutely rent here again. Only issue I ran into was dropping the rental back off as it was a tight squeeze parallel parking the truck I between 2 new cars.”
