I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).”

The manager Tom was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate all my moving needs. “Called last minute 20 minutes before they closed and got nothing but courtesy and professionalism over the phone, and that was only amplified when I got to the location and started the rental process. Truck was clean, location was clean employees (owners?) Would absolutely rent here again. Only issue I ran into was dropping the rental back off as it was a tight squeeze parallel parking the truck I between 2 new cars.”
