“The insurance company totaled my jeep. JR just happened to have a jeep on his lot. I was very pleased on how he helped me to get the vehicle and address the concerns I had after the purchase. When it comes time to get another vehicle he will be my first stop. He has done some vehicle repair for me in the past. What I like about JR is he will tell you what's wrong , but he won't try to selyou anything you dont need. His team does everything they can to repair it right the first timel”

“Broke down on NYS thruway at Warners rest area. Called Big Red they arrived within an hour hooked up and towed me to the Mack dealer all in less than two hours. Thank you Big Red! Great rates for the times we are in! The driver was very courteous and friendly.”
“Got my car stuck in the church parking lot - called Jim's Service center and roadside assistance. Busy day, so they warned me it would take a little while to get to me (no issues - good forewarning). Called me before they arrived - courteous, and professional; essentially did all the work - I just watched. I would call them again if I had any issues - good and trustable company”

“I had a flat tire and got got a donut put on. Tim at Nobles Tire City took care of getting me a used tire to replace the donut (spare tire). He took my car right away and said it would be done within 15-20 minutes. I had to get a used tire but it was put on and balanced. I couldn't believe Tim, the owner, took care of my flat in 2t-30 minutes. I highly and sincerely recommend Noble Tire City, Tim and all the employees I dealt with today. I will be bringing my car to Nobles Tire City for all my repair needs and tires. Thank you so much to all involved with my flat tire issue. Terri”
