“First time ever using a storage facility. Choosing a unit & paying online was seamless. Checked in at the office when going to my unit and was helped by Cameron. He gave me advice about gate and lock procedures and also about saving money on my rental. All much appreciated. This is a great, clean facility and I highly recommend either the indoor, climate controlled units or the drive up units. The property is well maintained and easily accessible from the Northway or Rte 9.”
“I began my journey to establish my first rental unit at the Malta location through Prime Storage’s website. The site was extremely easy to use, and the pricing was very competitive. Between the cost and the convenient location, the Malta (Mechanicville) 12118 facility clearly stood out and motivated me to move forward.
My 5-star experience didn’t end there. While completing the online steps, I was asked if I needed locks. Not knowing how many lock hasps were on the storage bay—or how many locks to request—I hesitated. At that exact moment, I received a call from an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff member at that location. She quickly took my information, answered all of my questions, and finalized the transaction. I couldn’t have been happier.
Fast forward one month: realizing I needed additional space, I placed an online reservation for another unit. When I arrived today with a truckload of household items, I was pleasantly surprised. Unbeknownst to me, the same incredible individual had seen my reservation in the system. She noticed me unloading, stepped away from the office, and took the time to greet me with a warm smile and an invitation to review my request together.
During that conversation, she showed me how I could save money by renting two units. Of course, I accepted the offer and will always be grateful for the opportunity to work with her and Prime Storage.
This may be a long story, but it truly reflects exemplary customer service—and it’s the reason I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Storage.”

She showed me several of the storage spaces and decided to go with the one that fit me just right I was very surprised that it took no time to get done. Paperwork was 123 done and over a simple Transfer downsizing very courteous her Customer Service very good. I’d rate her a 10.

“We ordered a moving pod from here and we are very happy with our experience.
Customer service was top notch start to finish. We had a pretty unique home buy and sell situation so our timing was delayed and very fluid. They were always flexible and worked with us. Not to mention nothing moved inside of the pod when the t transported it and I am by no means a great packer. When were done either the pod they came the next day and picked it up.
We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving pod!”

“We've been getting our driveway sealed by Empire for ten years now and are extremely happy with their work. They edge, blow the driveway clean, fill cracks, and then seal. If our driveway doesn't need sealing they will only fill any cracks and be on their way. After the first two years we've had a seal every other year. Yes, they are busy, but we have a durable and solid driveway surface in return.”
