“Just moved into The Springs and have experienced a 5 star service from the staff. Josh and Courtney have been professional and super friendly addressing all my questions and requests. This is also a 5 star place based on location with shops right in the community, clean and professional kept grounds making you feel very safe living here. The units are top notch luxury apartments that are built very well and you would think you’re in a 5 star hotel/condo. There’s many residents perks like EV charging, $25 per month credit for each business you shop at every month taken off your rent. Also flat rate for TV, Internet, and garbage services. I looked at several places before choosing The Springs and can honestly say this is the destination to be at to live in Saratoga Springs!”
“I lived here for a year before purchasing my house, we had our ESA dog and our other dog here. It’s safe, quiet, pretty and well maintained. Snow was a little tricky and the ESA got a little push back but other than that I was happy here and recommend it to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment.”

“Silo pointe has been a great place to live and call home! We’ll be moving at the end of the month only because we’ve decided to buy a house. Apartment is great.. more storage than any apartment we’ve ever lived in, property is kept clean and very quite, location couldn’t be better, great school zone!!”
