The community is extremely dog-friendly and pet-friendly, with well-kept and beautiful apartments. Residents enjoy many wonderful and cute get-togethers at the Club House. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live, with many residents expressing joy and a desire to renew their lease, giving it a high recommendation.

We've been living here since the winter and love it. The apartment and complex are wonderful with great amenities, the people (including staff) are friendly, and it's in a safe area with plenty around. We also really enjoy the gatherings that the GrandVille hosts which are always nice to check out.

My Townhouse is very nice. Every Staff person that I have interacted with has been extremely accommodating. I love having a gym on premise.

Living at Grandeville has been a great experience. The people, from the office staff to the maintenance crew are always super helpful and attentive. Taylor and Mary in the office always go out of their way to help me whenever I see them. They're always great!!
