It is a second-generation pharmacy providing old-school, phenomenal service. The staff is the best—knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful, with a level of competence second to none. Customers appreciate the personal, private service compared to impersonal chains, noting easy parking and no long lines. Many have patronized the pharmacy for over two decades, finding it a true pleasure and like visiting a second family. They highly recommend it for both pharmaceutical needs and unique gifts.
I switched all my meds to O’Brien because I was fed up with CVS and Walgreens, and I would rather support an independent pharmacy. When you call O’Brien, a human picks up the phone. No arguing with a robot for five minutes to transfer you to a human like with CVS.
