“I switched all my meds to O’Brien because I was fed up with CVS and Walgreens, and I would rather support an independent pharmacy. When you call O’Brien, a human picks up the phone. No arguing with a robot for five minutes to transfer you to a human like with CVS.”
“Great customer service. The pharmacy usually has meds that others like CVS are constantly out of stock. Best customer service experience I've ever had at ANY pharmacy and is consistent. They actually care and go the extra mile.. Prices are similar to Market32 aka Price Chopper. Produce has never been an issue for quality for myself. I wish they had more sales similar to Market32, and higher rewards. Store brands are excellent.”

“I have worked along side Omnicare/Royal Care for 16 years . I work for a local ARC that orders all medications through Omni Care. Customer service has always been great. Drivers are consistent and courteous. The emergency line for medication has always been good as well.”
“Been using this pharmacy for many years. They know our history & my husband trusts them & will not go anywhere else. It has gotten very busy over the past few years but still does it's best to be attentive to customers needs. The wait time has increased; so we have learned to call ahead to see if meds are ready, not wait til last minute, & if it's an urgent med, let them know to give it priority. They work non-stop to fill med needs so they need a little patience on our part.”

Cash register, photo, working the floors, maintenance and they are severally underpaid because it's an hourly CVS job not Apple. Alright, so let's keep the workers happy with a simple pay increase and they might just keep the store open instead of closing an hour early each evening.”

“I ordered from the Hannaford website, the shopper was perfect, with only one substitution. I used to use Instacart and they would have a lot more substitutions. I have since cancelled Instacart, and will be using Hannaford to go moving forward. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a great experience.”
