“The team at Gerber is so kind and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough! I recently had some collision repair work done on my car and in the repair process, my spare tire was accidentally left out of the car. I didn’t notice myself, but when the shop realized they had the tire they immediately reached out and apologized, and offered to do my snow tire change for free when I went to pick up the spare. Throughout the process they were responsive, and they were very informative and patient with teaching me a few things about the car.”

I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done!
