They were running a little behind schedule due to staff shortages, but Mike was super apologetic and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. “Stopped here yesterday to ask how I could remove some adhesive from a weather tech hood protector that lasted for 5 years on my Honda CRV. A nice young woman, Maddie came out, looked at it and said bring it in and we’ll remove it for you. I stopped the next day, they took it in and removed it for me. While I was just looking for advice, they did it all for me. Blew me away, and came out great! Customer service at its absolute finest! I was so thankful, and blessed to have receive such fine customer service. I wish to thank Maddie and all that worked on my car. I will forever refer anyone I know to this fine establishment. What a great staff. Thank you!

“Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”

We had our Ford F150 towed to Gil's Garage in Halfmoon because it stald out and nothing would get it to start.
Dealings were taken care of by John & Jess whom went above and beyond to look over everything and anything that was wrong and was possibly unsafe.
John & Jess were extremely professional, listened to detail and found all that needed to be repaired.
John & Jess knew how extremely important this was to us because the vehicle was a vehicle that also drove my 1 year old granddaughter & 3 year old grandson to and from Preschool and for all family needs.
We are extremely grateful, thankful and blessed that all was taken care of in a above & beyond timely manner and very reasonable price.

John is always great and communicates and the gentlemen who is working on your car sends pictures and info right to your phone about your vechicle. “I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I’ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i’ve had so far.

“Had a great service experience at the Clifton Park Monro Service Center. Had to have extensive brake work, exhaust repair, and suspension work. The staff was knowledgeable and explained all the problems I had that needed to be done. I had a tight time frame for the work to be done, and they worked with me to get all the work done quickly. “I recently had a great experience at the Clifton Park Walmart Auto Center. I showed up to get tires installed and like a dummy I forgot my wallet. I drove over an hour to get there, so going back to get it was not an option. Kyle helped me out and worked with me to get the Walmart Pay working on my phone and other issues.
